Cancellation Policy
I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 48hrs. Fee must be paid before next appointment is scheduled. Client will be banned from online booking until it’s paid. After a 2nd strike a deposit will be required for all services.
If you’re 10 minutes or more past your appointment time and you haven’t communicated this with me I’m going to need you to reschedule your appointment online. You be required to adhere to the cancellation policy as well.
