Cancellation Policy
Please note that a 30% cancellation fee will be charged for all no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. This fee must be paid prior to booking any future appointments. Clients with an outstanding balance will be temporarily restricted from online booking until payment is received.
After a second violation, a non-refundable deposit will be required to book any future services.
If you arrive 10 minutes or more past your appointment time without prior communication, your appointment will be canceled and you will need to reschedule online. The cancellation policy will still apply.
